We’re making an important update to how payroll is handled at Mallard Group.
We are transitioning our payroll system from CoAdvantage Resources to ADP.This change will give employees easier access to pay information, time tracking, and payroll tools—especially through a mobile app.
Please read this carefully, as there are a few required steps you’ll need to complete.
What’s Changing
New Payroll System: ADP
Going forward, ADP will be used for:
Clocking in and out
Viewing pay stubs
Managing direct deposit
Accessing payroll and pay history (going forward)
CoAdvantage will no longer be used for new payroll once the transition is complete.
What You Need to Do
1. Watch for an Email from ADP
You will receive an email from ADP inviting you to create your employee login.
Follow the instructions in the email
Set up your username and password
This login will be required to access payroll and timekeeping
⚠️ If you do not receive the email or accidentally delete it, let the office know as soon as possible.
2. Download the ADP Mobile App
You will need the ADP app on your phone.
Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
Search for “ADP Mobile Solutions”
Download and install the app
This app will be your main tool for payroll and time tracking.
3. Enter Your Direct Deposit Information
Your direct deposit information will NOT transfer from CoAdvantage to ADP.
After you create your ADP login:
Log in to ADP
Enter your bank information for direct deposit
⚠️ If this step is not completed, your pay may be delayed.
4. Clock In and Out Using ADP
Starting with the transition date:
All clock-ins and clock-outs will be done through the ADP app
This replaces any previous timekeeping method
You will also use ADP to:
View pay stubs
Check pay dates and amounts
Review payroll-related information
What About Old Pay Stubs and W-2s?
Pay stubs and tax documents from before the switch will still be in CoAdvantage
ADP will only show pay information after the transition
Please keep access to both systems for your records.
Why We’re Making This Change
This move allows us to:
Simplify time tracking for field employees
Improve mobile access to payroll information
Use one system for time, pay, and payroll records
